What are the differences between Gate Giveaways and Theme Nights?
- Power FC Gate Giveaways: Items are distributed at gate C on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Power FC Theme Nights: Includes a game ticket, promotional item, and themed entertainment.
Promotional Items
When and where can I pick up my promotional item?
Pickup locations of giveaway items included in Theme Nights can vary depending on the event. Patrons who purchase specific tickets for these events will get an email with time and location details closer to the game date.
Can I have my promotional item mailed to me if I cannot attend the event?
Theme Night giveaway items can only be picked up at the assigned location the day of the event, unless stated otherwise on the promotion website.
Can I pay for a special promotional item separately?
Special promotional items are not sold separately. The item is included in the game ticket with the special promotion added.
I am unable to pick up my giveaway item. What can I do?
Giveaway items are not guaranteed if they are not picked up at the designated pick-up location during the game of the Theme Night.
