We welcome the Power FC fans to Audi Field for the Gainbridge Super League Season! Here’s your guide to Match Day at Audi Field.
Audi Field
BAG POLICY
To expedite entry into Audi Field, we strongly encourage fans not to bring bags to the stadium. Designated lanes will be set up for fans with bags and fans without bags. If you must bring a bag to the stadium, please see the important information below.
- No backpacks will be allowed.
- Drawstring Bags and clear bags that fit the size restriction will be allowed.
- Other bag types that will NOT be allowed at Audi Field include coolers, luggage, or other similar bags that exceed the size restriction.
- Guests can email guestexperience@dcunited.com with any bag and backpack questions.
- No bags larger than 14” by 14” by 6” will be allowed into Audi Field.

ACCESSIBLITY SERVICES
ACCESSIBILTY SEATING
Audi Field has accessible seating throughout the stadium. For accessible seating accommodations, please email ticketing@dcpowerfootballclub.com, visit ticketmaster.com, or stop by the Audi Field Box Office on matchday*.
*On matchdays, the Box Office will open one (1) hour prior to the listed match time, until halftime of the match. The Box Office is not open on non-matchdays.
If additional assistance is needed upon arrival at the stadium, guests may contact a Guest Experience Supervisor, or stop by the Guest Experience table located inside Gate C. When available, we will try to accommodate for one (1) companion ticket into a designated accessible seating area along with the guest.
Additionally, Audi Field provides a wheelchair escort service by our Guest Experience team. Guests should see an Audi Field Guest Experience representative upon entering the stadium at the Guest Experience table by Gate C. Transportation is provided from the gate to your seat. Transportation back to the gate entrance after the event is available upon request.
DISABLED GUEST SERVICES
Disabled guests may contact Audi Field prior to matchday at guestexperience@dcunited.com. On matchday, guests may contact a Guest Experience Gate Supervisor upon arrival to the stadium if further assistance is needed.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
By Metro – Audi Field is located near the Navy Yard metro station and is accessible on the Green line. The closest transfer point is L’Enfant Plaza. Hours of operation, fares, and delay information can be found at their website, wmata.com.
By Bus – Audi Field is accessible by the 74 and P6 Metrobus lines. For more information, visit wmata.com.
We offer multiple bike racks around Audi Field. There is also a Capital Bike Share station at the corner of First Street and K Street SE.
GATE LOCATIONS
Audi Field has several gate locations that may be used for entry and exit. Fans may enter via Gate C to access Audi Field.
Gate C – Located on the Northwest corner of the stadium located at the corner of R Street and Second Street SW.

Gates open 60 minutes prior to kickoff for all DC Power home matches unless otherwise announced by DC Power FC.

LOST AND FOUND
DC Power FC guests who need to claim or report lost items during a game should visit the Guest Experience Table located just inside Gate C upon entry. Lost items will be kept for at least 30 days. After 30 days, items will be donated or properly disposed of if containing sensitive information. Guests may contact lost and found at guestexperience@dcunited.com to inquire about and/or retrieve lost items. Lost and found is open Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 AM – 5 PM.
ANIMALS AND PETS
DC Power FC welcomes guests who need a dog as a service animal. The service animal must be trained or is in training to perform tasks for the guest. Comfort/ Emotional Support animals are not allowed in Audi Field. All other animals are prohibited. Please contact guestexperience@dcunited.com when attending an event with your service animal to ensure we can provide appropriate accommodation.
CHILDREN AND FAMILIES
CHILDREN AND TODDLERS
Children ages two (2) and under are not required to have a ticket to enter DC Power FC games. If attending without a ticket, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. All children aged three (3) years or older must have a ticket.
LOST CHILDREN AND GUESTS
Lost children and guests should be taken to the Guest Experience table located by Gate C. Audi Field offers child wristband services, which includes the option for children to always have their seating location and emergency contact information with them. For more information, please visit the Guest Experience table by Gate C.
STROLLERS
Strollers are permitted in all concourse areas of Audi Field. Strollers unable to fold up and fit underneath a seat must be checked in at the Guest Experience table by Gate C at no cost.
BABY CHANGING STATIONS
Baby changing stations are located inside all Audi Field’s women’s and men’s restrooms. Family restrooms are in sections 123 and 131.
GUEST EXPERIENCE
The Guest Experience table is next to Gate C inside the stadium. The table opens when gates open to the public and closes 60 minutes following the end of the match.

INJURY DISCLAIMER
All ticket holders will assume all risks of injury incidental to the game of soccer or other related activities. These activities can occur before, during and after the actual game. You can view our ticket policy HERE.
For assistance with any customer service issues, fans can email guestexperience@dcunited.com. Our guest experience team is also available throughout the game to assist with any guest-related issues at the Guest Experience Table near Gate C. Guest Experience staff can also be found throughout Audi Field; if you need assistance, please find your nearest Guest Experience member.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
For the safety and security of our guests, the following items are not permitted into the facility:

- Illegal substances, drugs, or chemicals of any kind

- Hard-sided coolers or containers of any size
- No bags larger than 14″ by 14″ by 6″ will be allowed into Audi Field
- No backpacks or luggage allowed (“drawstring bags” that fit the size restriction will be allowed)
- Large purses, or other similar bags, that exceed the size restriction will not be allowed
- Poles of any kind (metal, plastic, or wooden)
- Any outside food or beverage
- Professional cameras and equipment, including lenses more than eight (8) inches, tripods, and monopods
- Animals (except service animals)
- Frisbees
- Artificial noisemakers, including whistles or air horns of any kind
- Laser pointers
- Streamers and confetti
- Drones
- Aerosol cans
- Rollerblades/skateboards/hoverboards
- Seat cushions larger than 16″ by 16″ or that contain armrests or metal backs
- Gambling Paraphernalia (Playing cards, jacks, dice, dominoes, etc.
- No Laptop Computers

ALCOHOL AND SMOKING
ALCOHOL POLICY
DC Power FC, Audi Field, and Levy Restaurants promote responsible sales and consumption of alcoholic beverages. Guests should be prepared to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcohol at Audi Field. There is a limit of two drinks per person per transaction. Acceptable forms of identification are driver’s license, passport, state issued I.D. card with photo, and military I.D. with photo. All guests are expected and encouraged to drink responsibly.
For DC Power FC matches, all alcohol sales will stop in the 75th minute of the match, or at the discretion of DC Power FC and Audi Field management. Intoxicated guests may be denied entry to the stadium or denied service.
Guests may not leave the venue with alcohol. Alcoholic beverages must be consumed or thrown
out before exiting the venue. Guests that fail to comply can result in additional disciplinary actions.
Audi Drive Area: Guests who purchase alcohol on Audi Drive at pre-event activities must stay within the designated perimeter. They will not be allowed to go past the fencing with alcohol in hand. All food and beverages purchased on Audi Drive will not be permitted into Audi Field. Failure to comply with these regulations can result in denied entry.
COOLERS AND HARD-SIDED CONTAINERS

SMOKING
Audi Field is a smoke-free stadium. Smoking is prohibited in every area of Audi Field, including surrounding sidewalks and plaza spaces. This includes e-cigarettes and vape devices of any kind.
MISCELLANEOUS
AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES (ATM)
Audi Field is a cashless venue. The Automated Teller Machine (ATM) is located on the main concourse by Premium Entry. There is a reverse ATM located on the concourse next to the Premium Entry if you need to convert your cash into a pre-paid card.
BANNERS AND FLAGS
Banners, flags, and signs are welcomed within Audi Field. Larger versions may be denied entry. All items entering Audi Field are subject to inspection prior to entry. All banners, flags and signs must adhere to the fan code of conduct (Add this Link https://www.uslsoccer.com/fan-code-of-conduct) and follow these guidelines:
- Must be related to the event.
- May not be attached to a stick/pole.
- May not be hung, attached, or displayed on any part of the building using any item that cannot be completely removed without damaging stadium property.
- Item may not obstruct the view of other guests or any stadium advertising signage or be affixed to the stadium in any manner.
- Items may not contain or display obscene/offensive language and/or pictures, as determined by Audi Field management.
CAMERAS AND VIDEO DEVICES
Guests are permitted to bring cameras and video devices into Audi Field, provided they are intended for personal use only. Professional and commercial grade cameras are not allowed in the stadium. Only credentialed media members are permitted to bring cameras with a lens longer than eight (8) inches, monopods, or tripods inside the stadium. Guests are not permitted to obstruct others from viewing the game while taking photographs. Camera bags are not permitted inside Audi Field unless they are compliant with the bag policy
CONCESSIONS AND FOOD SERVICE
Levy Restaurants operates all Audi Field concessions located throughout the stadium serving a variety of food and beverages, including specialty items inspired by ThinkFoodGroup, Chef José Andrés, and Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW). WEATHER POLICY
Matches are played rain or shine. The match may be delayed in the event of lightning or other dangerous weather. Guests will be notified in the event of a disruption delay in stadium and via social media. Please note that umbrellas are not allowed into Audi Field.
RE-ENTRY POLICY
Guests may not exit and re-enter the stadium at any time.
FAN CODE OF CODUCT
Audi Field is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable match-day experience for all fans and fostering an inclusive environment, free of discrimination and harassment. To adhere to these goals, Audi Field abides by the official Fan Code of Conduct that list provisions all fans are subject to when attending a match at Audi Field. ADVISORIES
EMERGENCY EVACUATION
In case of emergency, Audi Field personnel are trained and instructed to help guests evacuate Audi Field in a timely and orderly progression. We ask fans to remain calm and follow all instructions from Audi Field personnel and the PA announcer. Anyone caught trespassing or trying to enter the field of play will be subject to ejection and/or arrest.

Anyone caught trespassing or trying to enter the field of play will be subject to ejection and/or arrest.
FIRST AID
Audi Field has one first aid location next to Gate C inside the stadium. Emergency medical personnel are stationed throughout the stadium and ready to respond. If you or someone near you is experiencing a medical emergency, please notify the nearest Guest Experience team member immediately. You can also text 202-888-2375 during the event to report a medical emergency or request assistance from stadium staff.
WEAPONS AND FIREARMS
Weapons and firearms are prohibited at Audi Field, except for law enforcement personnel with licenses to carry them. Off-duty law enforcement officials must register their weapon with building security at Gate C prior to entering the facility.
HEAT ADVISORY
When in a Heat Advisory, we will allow one (1) sealed bottle of water per person, up to 20 oz. Water fountains are available throughout the stadium for fans to refill their bottles. *Heat Advisories will be communicated through the Club’s social media channels, in coordination with the Mayor’s Office, typically the day of the event.*
AUTOGRAPHS
Autographs are not guaranteed. All fans must comply with instructions from stadium personnel and always be respectful of both the players and the other patrons.
